2. Prayers for all People:

   A. A major responsibility of a leader – prayer

   C. Define, differentiate terms: supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgiving

   E. EM Bounds and his work on prayer and its efficacy

3. Prayers for Political Leaders:

   A. Degree to which Christ and Paul involved themselves in politics

   B. Prayers are for those in power regardless of political preferences or affiliation

   C. Purpose of prayers: leading a peaceful and quiet life in godliness and dignity

   D. Our unique American upbringing can skew our sense of ‘normal’ political environments in many nations of the world…we grew up with religious liberty!

4. God’s Desire: All Saved and Come to a Knowledge of the Truth

   E. Discussion: Our experiences regarding women in ministry, their gifts and impact.  Would God empower if he didn’t want them to teach and lead?
